A little about me…
I am a retired Critical Care RN, a Doctor of Naturopathy, and a Health/Body Confidence Coach who helps faith-based women who struggle with excess weight and shame to gain confidence while loving themselves into the body they want. I felt something missing in my “faith-based business” so God brought the opportunity for me to first become a student, and now a Certified Prayer Powered Mastermind Facilitator. I am known for my authentic and creative ways to lead groups that allow for a safe and supportive space for my participants to “get real” and experience true transformation! As a result of being a part of my group, my promise is that you will feel hugged, hopeful, and heightened to step more fully into ALL God has for you as a woman in business!
